Develop additional learning materials for participants to reference after the live programs (guides, exercises, etc., which can be used for ongoing training for current and new managers)​

1:1 coaching for managers and leaders helps them behave into these expectations and improve their management style​​​

90 days after the initial educational workshops, have additional programs with the same participants to share successes and work through possible challenges that occurred
