During this engagement the Coachee will enhance their leadership capabilities and close the gap between self perception and the perception of others.​

Studies have found (Mayo Clinic & Public Health Department) that physical health is directly linked to mental health/effectiveness.  Moreover, I provide clients with fitness, nutrition, and physical wellbeing coaching along with leadership development. 

 

As a side passion I've been involved in the fitness industry for the last 20 years.  During that time I've been a personal trainer, a winning fitness and martial arts competitor, and I've applied my expertise in executive coaching engagements.  This has allowed me to help clients reach a higher level of business success by enhancing their physical wellbeing.  This is an optional service I provide in all my executive coaching engagements.

  • Meeting on a bimonthly cadence with Coachee
