Example - You and your team would complete DISC assessments indicating behavioral and interaction preferences; then I would facilitate a three-hour interactive workshop on the DISC styles and guide the team through their assessments

  • Complete a communication tool assessment (learn about yourself and how you prefer to interact with others)

  • Participate in an interactive workshop on communication and interaction with the team (I typically use a tool called DISC)​

  • Additional workshop options in Trust, Ownership, Psychological Safety, and Change Management​ (Optional)
